In the early morning hours of January 25, 2011, while Texas State Trooper Jacob Muehlstein was on patrol on Interstate 20 in Gregg County, Texas, he spotted a Nissan Altima (which he discovered was driven by Lawrence Young, Jr.) following a white Ford Mustang.
