OPINION

TERRY JENNINGS, Justice.

A jury found appellant, James Blackman, guilty of the offense of possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, namely cocaine,1 and assessed his punishment at confinement for thirty years. In three points of error, appellant contends that the evidence is legally and factually insufficient to support his conviction and the trial court erred in denying his Batson
