Luis Enrique Rivera appeals his conviction for capital murder. See Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 19.03(a)(2) (West Supp.2012).1 Rivera, along with Luis Antonio Menendez, were indicted for the murder of Pedro Rodriguez, committed in the course of robbing Jaime Gonzalez.
