In this consolidated appeal and petition for a writ of mandamus, we are asked to determine whether the trial court abused its discretion when, in response to the City of Houston's motion to hold a corporation, an individual, and the individual's premises in contempt for violating a permanent injunction, the trial court ordered the alleged contemnors and the corporation's representative to pay the City $47,000 in unrequested...
