Save Our Springs Alliance, Inc. ("the Alliance") appeals a final judgment rendered by the district court after the court had stricken the Alliance's plea in intervention. In a single issue, the Alliance contends that the court abused its discretion in granting the City's motion to strike its plea in intervention and therefore its judgment should be reversed and the cause remanded.
