Appellant Larry Bruce Wiley was convicted, after a bench trial, of possession of cocaine in an amount more than 4 grams and less than 200 grams. See TEX. HEALTH & SAFETY CODE ANN. § 481.115(a), (d) (West 2010). He pleaded true to two enhancement paragraphs that alleged prior felony convictions, and the trial court sentenced him to 25 years in prison.
