Opinion By Justice MORRIS.

In this case we address a claim of minority shareholder oppression. Balkrishna Shagrithaya, the sole minority shareholder of ARGO Data Resource Corporation, brought this suit individually and on behalf of ARGO against both ARGO and Max Martin, the sole majority shareholder. Following a jury trial, the trial court signed a judgment in favor of Shagrithaya ordering Martin to cause ARGO to issue a one-time $85 million dividend...
