The trial court found W.W. Wise guilty of theft of property and assessed punishment, enhanced by two prior felony convictions, at three years' imprisonment. In two points of error, Wise challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to prove his prior convictions for enhancement purposes and contends his three-year sentence is void because the trial court failed to make findings...
