This is an appeal from a bail bond forfeiture proceeding.1 Marco Steven Enriquez was arrested and charged with the offense of possession of a controlled substance.2 He and his surety, Christopher Spears, posted a bail bond in the amount of $5,000 on the charge. An indictment on the possession charge was filed on May 14, 2009, and a hearing on the case was set for August...
