Opinion By Justice FILLMORE.

Latasha Ann Horton appeals her conviction for forgery of a financial instrument. After the jury found her guilty, the trial court sentenced Horton to one year of confinement. In two related issues, Horton contends the evidence is legally insufficient to support the State's allegation that she presented a forged check that "purported to be a copy of an original when no such original existed."
