I. INTRODUCTION

The sole issue we address is whether we possess jurisdiction over this interlocutory appeal from the trial court's order denying Appellants Judy A. Jennings and Rebecca E. Bell-Metereau's motion to dismiss filed pursuant to the Texas Citizens' Participation Act (TCPA)1 set forth in chapter 27 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies
