Alexander Clay Eyhorn appeals from a final judgment adjudicating him guilty of aggravated sexual assault of a child. He was fifteen years old when he committed the crime but was not prosecuted until he was eighteen. Upon his arrest, he was remanded to the jurisdiction of the juvenile court.
