Introduction

After the trial court denied his motion to suppress, Appellant Carlos Hernandez negotiated a plea bargain with the State and pled guilty to driving while intoxicated (DWI). He reserved his right to appeal the trial court's ruling on his motion to suppress and now contends that the trial court erred by concluding that his detention by police passed constitutional muster and that a lost reporter's record is not necessary...
