Appellant Jose M. appeals the trial court's judgment terminating his parental rights to his son D.J.H. We affirm.

BACKGROUND

In June 2010, the child the subject of this appeal, D.J.H., was living in his maternal grandfather's home. On June 20, 2010, his mother gave birth to his baby brother. Because his mother and baby brother both tested positive for heroin, D.J.H. was removed from his grandfather...
