DAVID GAULTNEY, Justice.

Kimberly Young and Stephen Young challenge the sufficiency of the evidence to support the jury's finding that a fiduciary relationship existed with Kimberly's grandmother, Lenora Fawcett. The Youngs also challenge the imposition of a constructive trust on their property. We hold that the jury's finding is supported by the evidence, and that a constructive trust is an appropriate remedy under the circumstances. The judgment...
