Opinion By Justice FITZGERALD.

The State charged appellant Rodney Lee Luckett with possession of cocaine in an amount less than one gram. Appellant entered an open plea of guilty to the charge and subsequently pleaded not true to two enhancement allegations. The trial court assessed his punishment at ten years' imprisonment.
