DAVID L. BRIDGES, Justice.

Joshua Angel Torres appeals his murder conviction. A jury convicted appellant and sentenced him to thirty-three years' confinement. In two issues, appellant argues the evidence is legally insufficient to show he caused the death of the deceased, and the jury charge on the lesser included offense of manslaughter was fundamentally defective. We affirm the trial court's judgment....
