Appellant Gary Moore appeals a final decree of divorce. In four issues, Gary complains the trial court erred in (1) failing to enforce a premarital agreement, (2) valuing the business entities of the community estate, (3) failing to make particularized findings as to the value of community assets, and (4) not conditioning the award of appellate attorneys' fees on success of the appeal.
