MEYERS, J., delivered the opinion for a unanimous Court.

Appellants Crystal Michelle Watson and Jack Wayne Smith were charged with the offense of attack by dog resulting in death. TEX. HEALTH & SAFETY CODE § 822.005(a)(1).
