A jury convicted appellant, Ronald Glen Boston, of aggravated robbery. See Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 29.03 (West 2011). The jury further found the enhancement paragraphs of the indictment, alleging two previous sequential felony convictions, to be true and assessed his punishment at confinement for 55 years in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
