Stephanie Wells filed a petition for writ of mandamus challenging the trial court's decision giving Dana Ruppert rights as a possessory conservator to M.J., Wells's son. Wells also challenges the trial court's decision allowing Ruppert to have standing to sue Wells in a suit that has affected Wells's relationship with her son. See Tex.
