In an opinion and judgment dated February 1, 2012, we dismissed this appeal for want of jurisdiction. Two of the appellants filed motions for rehearing. We deny the appellants' motions; however, we withdraw our opinion and judgment of February 1, 2012, and issue this opinion and judgment in its place.
