Anil K. Sinha, M.D. brings this interlocutory appeal from the trial court's denial of his motion to dismiss a medical malpractice lawsuit filed against him. Appellees Roxanne Thurston and James Thurston sued Sinha and others alleging Roxanne suffered serious injuries while in their care. Sinha moved to dismiss based upon the Thurstons' alleged failure to timely file a preliminary expert report implicating Sinha's conduct...
