OPINION ON REMAND FROM THE TEXAS SUPREME COURT

SHERRY RADACK, Chief Justice.

In this case on remand from the Texas Supreme Court, we consider whether TEX. CIV. PRAC. & REM.CODE ANN. § 101.106(f) (Vernon 2011) violates the Open Courts Provision of the Texas Constitution.1 We affirm.
