This is a parental-rights termination case. Following a jury trial, the trial court signed a judgment terminating the parental rights of appellants M.L. (Mother) and J.A.J. (Father) to their minor child, K.L. Based on the jury's findings, the trial court appointed the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (the Department) to serve as K.L.'s sole managing conservator.
