Having discovered that Bobby Seguin was no longer a Texas resident, the Bexar Appraisal District removed the disabled veteran tax exemption from property owned by Bobby Seguin and his wife. The Seguins appeal the trial court's orders granting summary judgment in favor of the Bexar Appraisal District, the Appraisal Review Board, and Chief Appraiser Michael Amezquita.
