OPINION

DAVID GAULTNEY, Justice.

A jury convicted Ronald Eugene Wortham, Jr. of injury to a child, and the trial court sentenced Wortham to forty years in prison. Wortham challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support his conviction and the trial court's denial of his request for jury instructions on lesser-included offenses. Because the evidence supports the jury verdict and the trial court did not err in denying the request on this record, we affirm...
