This is a zoning dispute between Southern Development of Mississippi, Inc. (SDM), and the City of Marshall, Texas. SDM owns a lot located at 1006 West Grand Avenue in Marshall. This lot has been platted as Outlot 54. The northern boundary of the lot abuts West Grand Avenue, and the southern boundary of the lot abuts West Burleson Street.
