In an opinion and judgment dated December 21, 2011, we reversed and rendered in part, and reversed and remanded in part. Appellee, Irma Campos, filed a motion for rehearing. We deny Campos's motion; however, we withdraw our opinion and judgment of December 21, 2011, and issue this opinion and judgment in its place. Appellant, Dodeka, L.L.C., sued Campos for breach of contract based on an unpaid credit card...
