In this interlocutory appeal from the trial court's denial of their special appearance, appellants Moris and Lillian Tabacinic assert their contacts with the State of Texas are insufficient to support personal jurisdiction because all of the actions forming the basis of the lawsuit occurred in Florida and were undertaken in their corporate capacities.
