This appeal follows the trial court's directed verdict and entry of a declaratory judgment that FH Partners did not breach its contract with Gus H. Comiskey, III a/k/a Trey Comiskey. The crux of the dispute between the parties is FH Partners' enforcement of the cross-collateralization clause in a loan agreement.
