Fort Bend Independent School District (the "school") appeals from the trial court's denial of its plea to the jurisdiction, which challenges Alice Gayle's whistleblower suit against the school. In three issues, the school contends that the trial court erred in denying its plea to the jurisdiction because Gayle failed to "initiate" the school's grievance procedures — a jurisdictional prerequisite to suit.
