Appellants, Noe Garza and Noe Garza Engineering, Inc. (collectively "Garza Engineering"), appeal from the denial of their motion to dismiss the lawsuit that appellees, Joe and Celina Carmona (collectively "Carmonas"), filed against them. See TEX. CIV.
