OPINION

TERRY JENNINGS, Justice.

A jury found appellant, Justin Hambrick, guilty of the offense of felony murder1 and assessed his punishment at confinement for forty years. In his sole issue, appellant contends that the evidence is legally insufficient to support his conviction.
