Appellant Danish Leasegroup, Inc. appeals the trial court's order granting appellees York Oil & Gas Management, Inc., OAG Resources, Inc., and Christer Gustafsson's pleas to the jurisdiction. In a single issue, appellant argues its claims involving interests in oil and gas leases in Kentucky are transitory, rather than local, and may be brought in Texas. Thus, it contends the trial court had subject matter jurisdiction...
