This is an appeal from the trial court's judgment affirming the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission's order cancelling Melmat, Inc. d/b/a El Cubo's alcoholic beverage permits. El Cubo brings six issues generally contending the trial court erred in affirming the TABC's order because the order was not supported by substantial evidence and prejudiced El Cubo's substantial rights.
