Quinn on a sex discrimination claim she brought under Texas law against her former employer, Nafta Traders, Inc. In our original opinion, we denied cross-appellant Nafta's request for an expanded judicial review of the award based on the parties' arbitration agreement and held that parties seeking judicial review...
