Appellants Joseph Leon Maddox, Patti Lynn Maddox, and Linda Faye Weber sued Appellees Vantage Energy, LLC and The Caffey Group, LLC, pleading causes of action for breach of contract, promissory estoppel, and negligent misrepresentation.
