KC Smash 01, LLC brings this interlocutory appeal of the denial of its special appearance in this suit brought by Gerdes, Hendrichson, Ltd., LLP. Appellant brings two issues asserting the trial court erred by denying its special appearance and by refusing to hold a hearing on appellant's special appearance.
