In this interlocutory appeal, appellant S.P.M. ("Husband") challenges the trial court's order appointing a receiver in the divorce action between him and N.S.M. ("Wife"). In three issues, Husband argues (1) the trial court applied the wrong standard in appointing the receiver, (2) his due process rights were violated when the receiver was appointed without notice and hearing, and (3) he was not permitted to offer evidence...
