The State is appealing from an order granting Javari Edward Police's motions to suppress evidence in each of three causes based on a lack of reasonable suspicion to initiate a traffic stop by the arresting officer. The State complains that the trial court erred by finding that the traffic stop was unlawful because no actual criminal offense was observed by the officer and by finding that the other facts surrounding the traffic...
