Appellant Ultrasound Technical Services, Inc. (UTSI), a for-profit school, appeals from the denial of its application for a tax exemption filed pursuant to § 11.21 of the Texas Tax Code. TEX. TAX CODE ANN. § 11.21(d)(3), (5) (West Supp. 2011).
