JEFFREY V. BROWN, Justice.

Appellant Jackie Johnson appeals the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress. After Johnson's motion was denied, he pleaded guilty to misdemeanor possession of marijuana and, with an agreed recommendation from the State, received a sentence of twenty days' confinement in jail. In a single issue, Johnson contends the trial court abused its discretion in denying his motion to suppress. Finding no abuse of discretion...
