TOM GRAY, Chief Justice.

Trent Archie was convicted of murder and sentenced to 40 years in prison. TEX. PENAL CODE ANN. § 19.02 (West 2011). After we reversed the trial court's judgment, Archie was released on appeal bond. Before the Court of Criminal Appeals reviewed our judgment and issued its opinion, Archie was incarcerated on other charges.
