Appellant Jecarra Tremain Lane was convicted for continuous sexual abuse of a young child and sentenced to 30 years in prison. See TEX. PENAL CODE ANN. § 21.02 (West 2011). He contends that the evidence was legally and factually insufficient to support the jury's finding that (1) he committed two or more acts of abuse over a period of 30 or more days; and (2) both acts occurred on or after September 1, 2007...
