Cecilia Acosta sued the Government Employees Credit Union ("GECU") for age and national origin discrimination under the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act ("TCHRA"). GECU moved for summary judgment on traditional and no-evidence grounds. The trial court granted the motion without specifying the grounds.
