In this appeal from a summary judgment, James R. Alderson contends the trial court erred in concluding his bill of review was barred by the statute of limitations. Alderson contends the statute of limitations does not apply because the underlying judgment made the subject of the bill of review was rendered without due process and is, therefore, void.
