On June 22, 2011, relator Zotec Partners, LLC ("Zotec Partners") filed a petition for writ of mandamus, complaining of the trial court's April 27, 2011 order denying Zotec's First Amended Original Plea in Abatement/Motion to Dismiss based on a forum-selection clause.
