In this forcible detainer suit, the county court awarded possession of Juan and Socorro Puentes' residence to Federal National Mortgage Association ("Fannie Mae"). Mr. and Mrs. Puentes raise three issues on appeal to this Court. In Issues One and Two, they challenge the county court's judgment on jurisdictional and res judicata grounds.
