Appellee Adriane Springs sued these twelve appellants alleging that each was negligent and caused injury to her husband, Ron Springs ("Springs"), during his hospitalization at Medical City Dallas. Pursuant to Chapter 74 of the Texas Civil Practices and Remedies Code, appellee served three expert reports addressing her claims against appellants. Appellants objected to the reports on a number of grounds and filed motions...
